Refund policy
We do not offer refunds on change of mind. If there is a fault in your item we will organise an exchange, credit note or refund.
We do offer exchange for wrong sizes, contact us via email to arrange a size swap.
We have a 14-day exchange policy from the date you receive your order. When requesting an exchange the item must be in stock, in its original packaging and be in appropriate condition.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and we encourage them to use tracking on their order if making a return.
Shipping
All orders are processed Monday to Friday, and will be shipped within 2 business days.
Domestic
Australian orders will be sent via Aus Post or Aus Post Express depending on your choice.
International Post
We are excited to announce that international orders will be sent via DHL express.
Please be aware that our customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.
